About Me
I qualified as a masseuse in London in 2003 and for the past 20 + years I have been based there and the New Forest, working from my own clinic and in the corporate environment.
Moving permanently to the beautiful village of Beaulieu, in the heart of New Forest, 3 years ago was a very big decision, a complete change of lifestyle for me but it's been the best decision. Often I pass New Forest ponies and donkeys on my way into my clinic, try not to get distracted for too long, but what a wonderful way to start the day.
I love meeting new people, introducing some to massage for the first time, making people feel comfortable and safe on their wellness journey.I don't see what I do as work as I absolutely love it and if I make people feel better after a treatment, then it makes me happy and proud.
The Queensmead Old Dairy has been transformed into a beautiful, calm, welcoming and safe space where I am very lucky to be based.

My Treatments
Massage
No two people are the same and therefore the treatments I give are tailored to the needs of the individual. Current life sitution as well as medical history is taken into account. I can apply varied pressure throughout and there are several treatment times to choose from to fit in with your day.
The treatment room is a calm space set in a quiet pocket of the village which will compliment your treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology is the specific pressure point technique applied to the hands and feet where all the bodies internal organs and structures are mapped or mirrored in miniature. It's a simple non invasive treatment which helps tthe body to maintain a delicate balance between all the systems.
Reflexology is preformed with you sitting up on the massage bed, supported by pillows and only requires the wearing of loose fitting trousers and the removal of footwear and socks/tights. If it's your first treatment with me please allow an extra 15 mins to fill out your consultation form
